Absolutely top class service!

Was directed to ACD of Lancashire by a Jeeps part’s dealer, when an air intake hose I was trying to buy became discontinued. The used part came in at nearly half the price and included delivery, so when I rang up and paid for the part I was a little sceptical it would be in good condition or arrive anytime soon. Well the part arrived in Northern Ireland within 2 working days, and was in 1st class condition, only the dirt gave away it’s age. I’m very happy with these guys, they were friendly on the phone and had exactly what I needed. Will 100% recommend these guys and definitely be using them again.

The most unhelpful rude staff, hung up on me when I requested their policy re returns. They charged me £36 from a £78 order. They were confused as per my photo, I had to go a different route and returned said wiper arms.
Disgusting service, overpriced. The same arm and blade on Ebay....New £12 or there abouts free p&p.
I have just been reading their reviews, 80% of people would NOT use them again, get your money, you return your item and then they won't speak and hang up.
How on earth are they still trading ?

This place is a rip off. First they make a mistake and send me the wrong part. Then they refund me and not the full amount I paid for. It was £18 less. I even sent their part back as a recorded delivery so it don't get lost. Never going to use them again.

ACD salvaged the exact parts I was after (seats) from a vehicle they had in. Very quickly sent WhatsApp images confirming options. Seats arrived on the day I was told (c. 2 business days) well prepared on a palette. Thanks

got told would receive my engine in 2 days its now the end of 4th and still no straight answer. i explained it was costing me money as a garage owner but to no affect. they are happy to make a claim against dx but not compensate the customer. real poor service. very polite till they've got your money

I've used ACD twice over the past 2 weeks, great each time, good prices (maybe could have been a little cheaper on the wheel nuts), but the thing that stood out was speed of delivery, my car if off the road, I ordered my alternator at 2:30 PM and they got it in the post for delivery next day, and same with the wheel nuts, ordered around 3:00 PM and arrived next day (today), so really happy

Sent wrong part eventhough my garage sent photos of my car so they knew exactly what I needed and for what model car, won't send a courier to return item they say I've got to pay for return myself, at over £150,

Avoid at all costs!!! ACD sent me a faulty part and refused to give me a full refund on return. Similar to other reviews the very rude staff avoid conversations by hanging up the phone. Taking to small claims court.
