I have used Ace Recovery for years. My cars have always been looked after well by them. Never had any thing taken from my cars. Always been given a good price and have never felt I should complain about them. I have read to complaint below and automatically thought you have the wrong company. Continue the good work Andy and team.

Overall Andy is a decent guy and during recovery was spot on with everything tried to fix the car which he was unable too, that’s when difficulties in getting answers via phone call started. We agreed he would have my engine rebuilt agreed cost and I awaited for the repair to happen. Furthermore I was told it was a scrap engine and no hope in getting the engine fixed it would require a new engine which was absolutely fine as these things can happen but the time frame in which this took was slightly frustrating but manageable. He was polite and allowed me time to make a decision and in respect of the recovery and himself this is why I give a 1 star the reason for only a one star is after I decided to scrap the car I explained there was stuff in the car that needed picking up he was absolutely fine about all this and said he would recover it back to his garage where I would be able to pick the rest of my belongings up from a further week went by and I got back in contact to ask if the car was now at his garage and he sent me through his mates address where the car had been sent to get the engine repaired after picking up the belongings instantly when arriving I noticed the car to be unlocked and with that was some missing valuables. Overall I can’t fault Andy but the missing stuff and the length of time it took to communicate was poor leaving me no alternative but to leave a bad review!
