The lady running this business is a THIEF beware .we took some metal there and we didn’t have enough id .we left the metal there and when we went back she says she has already paid us which she hasn’t .she owes us £106

Really easy to deal with. Read reviews of rudeness but I didn't find that at all, in fact the lady was really lovely to deal with.

No idea on pricing as I didn't compare to anyone else

To be honest. They pay on time. Give good prices. Just the couple of guys on the scales have such a bad attitude. I have actually started going elsewhere because of them.

Some off the reviews are accurate, the weight in guy and security guy can be very hostile, But I like there prices and payments are always cleared, they ARE NOT DODGY and you need 2 forms of ID for them to purchase your scrap metal

They said they take aluminium cans 40p/kg and the phone receptionist was not nice also. not recommended. The security guard and weighing man were very hostile. I didn't know there were steel cans with the aluminium cans so i had to separate them with a MAGNET. They are in Monopoly business so customers really suffer. I think we have to contact the local councillor to get better customer service.

These are probably the worst rates in London and the lady will tell you the weight is less if you don’t check it. Wouldn’t recommend
