We use this company regularly and there reasonable , reliable and very skilled work especially from Jimmy the grab lorry operator making our life easier and delivering materials into awkward areas.

they are all very nice on email etc, claiming that 50 cubic meters can be taken in 3-4 loads, but in reality, they don't do that; really sorry but I am not happy with the load that they are taking; they have 8 wheel lorry, which can take 15-16 tones ; the whole idea of a grab lorry is that it can take 2 large skips, or 3 medium skips making it cost efficient for large projects; they came to my place 3 times, 2 different drivers, and all took very similar amount each time, picture 1, about 5-6 tones per load, as oppose to 15 tones; each time was just 1 skip worth of soil, and each time they claim they reached max weight, although their lorry do not have a scale; the 4th load, was taken by a different company, they removed what was left over after Adenco lorries, which was 14 tones, picture 2. (their lorry do have a scale).
We are all mature people, and claiming that the small pile in the middle of the lorry is a full load is not ok. A full load of soil 15-16 tones, means that the lorry is almost full at the level from one side to another, and not just 1/3 in the middle like in the pic, otherwise the lorry capacity is 45 tones, which is not the case; the lorry with full load is about 32 tones, from which half is the load. The company director pretends ''it is not what it looks like, we are governed by weight by low''; this is funny, as next company took more than double from same soil and they had 14 tones; As all people from Adenco have the same attitude about the load, I can only assume this is an elaborated scam.

Highly recommend these guys I've had 3 different drivers at my property very well spoken and left the space clean and tidy very affordable and I would use these guys again no doubt

Thanks Mitchell for helping me out today - same day service (an hour's notice) and got me out of a serious pickle with a large delivery which i rejected once but would have been charged if they were unable to deliver the second time round.
