This is the best drs I've been to by far.
The staff starting with the receptions they are all well mannered and so helpful if they can do it they will they put up with some abusive people but you need to think it is not their fault its just work for them and they genuinely care.
Then the drs all of them have been so patient with me and really I should have been told to leave but they understood and they have done everything they can to help me each Dr has there own way of doing there own way of treating people and in think that's amazing there's the pharmasict Ellie she's just amazing she's caring and makes sure we are all getting review this review is written by Marie Clancy I am using Johns email by accident sorry I don't know how to change it hope you all have a very merry Christmas and a happy new year u deserve it xxxxxx👍👌❤💘👏👏👏👏

5 stars! Spoke to a lovely Dr, Naomi, who listened and made some great suggestions for my partner, who has had months of hell and serious health concerns. The receptionist Sam even gave my partner a hug as she had some serious multiple bereavements and wanted to offer her support. My London Dr's would never have been this kind, so I felt obliged to write some gratitude in the form of a positive review to reflect the way we were treated today. Thank you Adshall Practice for going above and beyond today.

I made a call to the receptionist to make an appointment, he said it was a telephone appointment I didn’t want a telephone appointment but understand that they follow instructions. What I didn’t like was the attitude and tone of voice when speaking to me , he is really rude. I had another appointment gave to face the gp running behind I tried to ask if they are running late, he pulled his face like I should know he’s in the phone don’t quite think he should be in a customer facing role.

I can’t fault this practice compared to my last doctors. You can always get through quickly for an appointment. The doctors have always managed to sort out our medical problems. Staff are always polite and lovely to deal with

I am seriously shocked at reviews of my surgery. I had bloods done yesterday and a gp called me at 8 this morning. I have been off colour 4 a few weeks. Feeling terrible tbh. My daughter has a rare disorder sadly and can become poorly quickly. I have 2 grand babies also registered with this surgery and its 1st class. Even better than private. Gp's we see are amazing, caring and understanding. Receptionists always try so hard to fit us in.and care. Ur amazing. Thank you so much. X

(Updated to 3*: The issue was eventually sorted and everything has been OK since, but it did take far too long to arrive at this stage.)

I have Type 1 diabetes and rely on getting the right prescription, but they get it wrong every time without fail. Every couple of weeks I go in and explain the error, and am assured each time that they'll 'make a note' and ensure it doesn't happen again, but nothing changes. So infuriating.

Like others have said, I will be taking it further as it is getting ridiculous. A mistake every now and then is understandable, but I can count on one hand the times when they've got it right.

This practice lost my registration forms, urine tests and misplaced blood samples. Each time I visit if my appointment time isn't wrong someone else's is. I can call and check my allocated slot in the morning and by the time I arrive at the building it has changed? Very frustrating for my husband who takes time off work.
Staff try hard but something just isn't working at all! Reception and GP staff are mostly friendly. Midwife and health advisor team completely useless and never save your number. If pregnant or planning a pregnancy I strongly suggest moving.
