Julie and crew were utterly amazing! Got caught in rising flood water in my car. They happened to be in the area and offered their assistance. Got me into the warm, having waded through knee deep water, recovered my car, and dropped me off at a safe location. Can’t praise them enough! Thank you 🙏

Disappointing attitude.

We are a care company who have used this garage multiple times in the past, only due to the convenience of it being so local. Due to the excessive use of the cars and the nature of the company they are used for, the cars are understandably not in the best condition.

AES appear to have an issue with our company using their service, as the attitude we receive from the receptionist whenever they are informed where we are from is appalling and extremely unprofessional. The receptionist made comments about us not caring for the car, and sarcastic comments about payment due to a delay in the last invoice being paid due to reasons out of our control.

My member of staff has gone to take our car down this week and has been made to feel extremely uncomfortable due to the way she was spoken to by the receptionist saying “you are not from *company* are you?” and reacting negatively when this was confirmed. Also, increasing the expected time frame by 1 week once she knew this information too. These are just 2 examples during 1 conversation. The man from the garage also appeared to look rather uncomfortable and embarrassed whilst the lady was being unprofessional and rude.

We are paying customers from a local company, we should not be made to feel any less significant than any other customers that use this garage. Our cars are not in the best condition, however this is the reason they are in the garage - and we pay significant amounts of money to AES to have them fixed. I’m not sure why we are treated any less important or welcome to use this service.

Unfortunately I will ensure that none of my staff use AES going forward, I would much prefer to pay a garage that is compassionate, understanding of our situation and grateful that we choose to use them for our custom.

Used this garage today for the first time after being recommended by my sister and having a bad experience with Autobarn. Called last week for an MOT on a specific date, got the date and time that suited me. An hour and a half later got a call to say all done and i could collect! Very friendly, quick and good prices

Very poorly educated staff-you don't need to leave your vehicle idling unnecessarily for long time leaving big carbon footprint nowadays. Especially when you only come to jump start a car using portable kit for this purpose. So noisy and polluting that made me and my neighbours shut the windows. AVOID at all cost untill they update their fleet and educate the staff.

An incompetent company disguised as a cowboy outfit took my car for repairs and held onto it for over three weeks during the Christmas period. They then presented me with a bill for non-existent repairs and an incorrect diagnosis of a turbo issue. After taking my vehicle to Mercedes Benz, the problem was resolved in one day. I advise staying clear of this garage and its workshop manager."

Avoid this garage at all costs it is a bunch of cowboys that over charge. Paid £500 for new alternator, auxiliary belt and drive shaft boot. None were changed and the car broke down again with the same issue. All they done was clean up the grease. Do not use this garage.

I won't be on your system because I paid cash like you wanted me to, so you didn't have to put it through the books. This was so you could act like you was doing me a favour not having to pay the VAT. When really you was pulling a fast one and leaving me without a leg to stand on in this situation.
I have checked and so has a qualified mechanic and nothing was changed.

People don't use this garage.
