Very handy for kiddies toys and my wool for crocheting. It's a treasure trove, good parking, with lovely staff always on hand. My only complaint is that the shop smells of smoking which hits you when you walk in. I had to get the Fabreze blasted on my wool as it stank!

It would be helpful if you said on the website your donation times. I was told that you were desperate for donations so drove from the other side of Worcester to make my donations, several bags and a small unit only to be met with someone who said they only take donations between 10 - 11. I can't do that as I am working so does anyone know a Charity shop that is accepting donations other than in the morning which working people can't do

My children and I love this charity shop and have found all the staff welcoming. It’s a little day out for us coming here lots of bargains to be found especially for toys and childrens clothes. Thank you!
