Really poor customer service and lack of responsibility. Sells dodgy parts. He knows very well of who I am I’ve been there regularly. Don’t care if he sees this review. Sold me a rear axle which was way more bent that the one already on the car it was going on. Garage had the car stuck there for weeks after failed attempts from the owner Khalid to collect the car and put a proper axle on it. After weeks of back and forth and excuses of why he couldn’t pick the car up from garage he rudely told me I would have to pay him recovery and labour to change the axle. This resulted in me having to pay twice for labour to change the axle at my own garage. I got a refund and he asked me to return the axle so he could sell the bearings off it. Haha mate no chance, sent that axle straight into scrap. He gives u wrong parts all the time, I’ve stopped using him now and use other scrapyard in the West Yorkshire area that r a lot more professional and cheap. Don’t go to these guys, the uncle who was there before but no longer runs the place was a gem. Think they’ve moved elsewhere, but Khalid is just a pain in the ass. Read other reviews on here from a lad called Haseeb who said “Ditto” is rude. His name isn’t that, it’s “Ditta” who actually is really rude and these guys had the cheek to reply to Haseebs review and say there is no one called Ditta who works there. No one’s jealous of you, you’re clowns. Been told by one of his ex workers some lads from Birmingham came to their scrapyard causing issues because of Khalid selling dodgy parts. Stay away at all costs. And no ones jealous of you in case you have the cheek to respond to this review and call me jealous. Proof is in pics, lol look how bent that is😂

Please avoid this place. I had to make a third visit after being given a faulty part the first time and the wrong part the second time, ultimately requesting a refund. This caused unnecessary delays and wasted time for the garage, which had my car on the ramp and had to source new parts elsewhere. The customer service was terrible, with unnecessary arguments over returning the items.

They r useless ,when u ring them for a car part they told its ready for Collection,when u go there u wait 2/3 hours there they r ignoring u specially the guy call diitto,very rude staff,don’t go there i have experience 3-4 times everytime same waste of time

Bought an automatic gearbox for a golf and they told me it was fully checked and gave 3 months warranty. But the gearbox was faulty which cost me £200 in labour for fitting. So I rang back and the chap said they only drove the car from outside into their yard and gave me loads of grief over the phone before cutting me off.
So i had to buy another gearbox from bolton and and paid the labour twice to get the car back on the road.B really bad experience and advise everyone to keep away from these cow boys.

Called for a part and was told they had it and I could come for it today. They even offered to fit it for me which saved me having to go elsewhere. Very efficient and helpful would defiantly recommend them! Thanks
