Today was my first time going to a Recycling centre ever - the two gentlemen there were so polite, friendly, understanding and so helpful, even made few jokes along the way with a smile on their face. Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciated that. No question was too much trouble for them, made my first trip so easy. I'll see you again.

Not worth diverting to on the school run. Cardboard skip filled with metal, bed frames, mattresses, and broken furniture. Operatives were friendly but said it was all going to landfill. Not sure why people bother trying to recycle around other commitments for it all to go to landfill anyway.

Absolute morons. I have a vehicle full of WOOD and I was told I have to pay £2 per piece. In what world is this normal? The staff are brain dead and the most unhelpful people I’ve met. Would have cost me hundreds to just recycle? Why bother. Never again, idiots!

I recon it's run by the Gestapo! My partner took our household waste this morning in the hire van we're using to move with. Apparently becuase he was in a van this must mean that he is a workman and therefore the waste was not household. This is absolutely not the case and took 30 minutes of arguing to get this point across. My partner also witnessed an elderly gentleman really strugglingto lift a tv to throw it over the edge into the container and he watched as the 3 members of staff just stood there, leaning about, wathching him struggle so obviously he stepped in to help. Not good. Awful service and apparently because we have been there once this week, we're not allowed to visit again until next week?! If you can find any other tip to go to, I'd suggest going there instead!!

I went to centre yesterday with a boot full of paint pots (all with sand in them) and also heavy items inside my car. The staff were friendly and helpful They unloaded my car for me without me asking. Extremely good service. Well done!
