The final bill was twice the initial quote, which was based on a photo I sent them of the paint that needed to be collected from my home. They did not engage with me when I queried the amount. Their solicitor sent me a letter instead. All I wanted was an explanation.

Never before have I encountered such a woefully inadequate organisation as All Waste Matters Ltd. It’s a wonder they're still in business considering their inability to respond to an inquiry or an instruction to engage in business. I can only conclude that they don’t want our business. This would be easy to accept, had they stated from the outset “sorry but this is not within our work scope, or sorry but this is too small an undertaking, or sorry but this outside our area of coverage”. Instead I’ve been left waiting, and waiting, and waiting. They might be really good at handling waste, but they've no idea how to treat prospective customers.

Clowns. Enquired via their website for a service that they advertised. Their quote was 300% more expensive than the closest other quote. They said it was expensive because they no longer want to offer that service. Paul Valente then sent me an email stating that I had wasted their time. Strange people... (Edited 5/1/19 because of their response). I was neither rude nor obnoxious (all comms were done in writing. Do you want me to copy/past the conversations here?). Shame you need to result to lies rather than learning from mistakes. Good luck.

DO NOT USE
Collected 2 pallets of printers plates and a load of office aluminium and made no reference on the bill. Didn’t turn up with scales to weigh the metal and mistakenly allowed him to take it. Steve didn’t reply to emails then sent in a final demand.
