Great service, trustworthy and honest

I bought a gearbox from these guys and there was an issue with it - not their fault but just one of those things so I called them and they were more than happy for me to use some parts from it that solved my issue and gave me a partial refund. Really helpful and a breath of fresh air for there to be some good guys out there. Would certainly use again as a good test of a business is when there is an issue and these guys sorted it no questions asked.

fantastic staff. I purchased a gearbox for a vauxhall astra. unfortunately I was in a rush and they had one on the shelf which I had fitted and it had no 5th gear. after a couple of calls they sorted me another gearbox and fitted it for me . no messing around quality service thanks very much to all the staff. will definitely be using again

Useless, cannot deal with simple requests and have poor customer service skills; stating that because an item hadn't yet been paid for, the customer cannot make requests to gauge the condition of an item prior to purchasing it off the internet. Also stated correspondence would be given, as this basic request would be orchestrated "in their own time", and over two weeks later, nothing. If a mechanic cannot remove some mud flaps in two weeks, then I would love to see how whole panels are removed. Time wasters.

DO NOT TRUST! SOLD ME A GEARBOX THAT WAS WORSE THEN MY ORIGINAL! SHOCKING!!!!! Updated as of 28/10, refunded me plus covering labour charge to garage that did the work, professionally dealt with in regards to gearbox issues.
