Really surprised at how efficient and professional the staff are. Very helpful and more than happy to sort through the stuff we brought down. Been to plenty of other sites around Medway and they do not come close. The site itself was well kept and looked after and they clearly have a lot of respect for the site and their jobs.

Excellent site. Visited first time from Medway as we are under TMCC. Very clean and very helpful staff. Directs you to the right bay and helps you with unloading. Never seen this in Medway. Keep it up

Bloody amazing! Where we live the Medway tips are closer, but as a Kent resident we are not allowed to use their tips. Managed to speak to 3 staff whilst offloading our items. Each one was courteous, polite and more than happy to help with anything. A visit to the tip that was a pleasure for once!
