I usually go for the sunbed as they have the standing one. And now I did my eyelashes, I did one to one cateye and I really like the result!! The girl who did them was really nice and we discussed first what I want to do. And really good price also for London!

I recently went to have my gel manicure removed, but the removal process was not done properly. Instead of the standard method involving soaking in acetone and wrapping the nails with foil, the technician used only a drill with a high setting to remove the gel polish. The drilling was quite painful during the process, and by the next day, my nails appeared brittle and damaged, with a bruised, throbbing sensation coming from my fingertips. It was a very uncomfortable experience, and the improper technique seems to have caused harm to my natural nails.

Love this place!!! Been coming here for a full body wax over a year now. Came regularly during my pregnancy, Simran is always so amazing and friendly. Staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable and at ease no matter the position you are in!. I use this salon for all my beauty treatments. I also trust their recommendations for further treatments and products. I have my acupuncture done here and can't recommend highly enough the service that is given. Good prices for the range of services and I also recommend it to people when asked. Love this local staple!

Small salon nice and clean . Unfortunately I had a really bad breakout after I have a facial . The beautician was slightly forceful when extracting blackhead . Three places were left inflamed a day later they were infected!! Then I went on to have a lash lift .which was the quickest last lift I've had . She literally didn't pay attention when lifted and placing my lashes So my right eye was perfect I have to say but my left lashes were over lapped and curled too tight . Then I had henna brows. I wanted dark brown but the beautician used midnight black/blue colour. Not naturally shaped properly . So all in all never going back !!! I've had all these treatments on a regular basis . Never had an issue. Until I went to this salon !!! Very disappointed as I couldn't go back due to having all these treatments because I was going on Holiday the next day !

the lady who usually threaded my eyebrows wasn’t in so the other collegue decided to do it which i later on regretted. she ruined my eyebrows and made it thin! she waxed off majority of my left eyebrow. she knew she did a bad job with her asking if i wear bangs, how far my hairline started & if my eyebrows grew quickly! it has made me insecure. when i try filling it in it doesn’t work. i should’ve waited for my usual lady to come in but i was impatient. it’s really really horrible she did a bad job! like i haven’t been outside because of how bad it is
please avoid the lady wearing a headscarf if you want your eyebrows badly threaded.
