Not to be trusted. Took my old car for scrap. He then sold it to someone who didn't bother to change the owner registration and parked illegally. I then got the demand to pay their parking fine. When I asked Altezza to make sure the fine was paid, they ignored all my messages. I've still heard nothing from them and am now £170 down.

Contacted shortly after 10am requesting two cars needing to be removed, prompt response and clear guidance as to actions, one car had missing keys and both promptly removed by 1pm same day. Couldn't have asked for better.
