Called these guys first thing this morning to recover a broken down car from Leeds and bring it to Selby. Gave me better deal than I had from elsewhere, picked the keys up from my door and had the car at a local garage within a few hours. Great service!

One of their 17 tonne recovery trucks operates from a residential address in goole their driver comes and goes at all hours of the night waking me up they don't care outrageous that they operate like this. He even parks it in front of a block of garages if he can't park it

My mum called these people at 1.00am last night after she had broken down on a roundabout on her own in the dark. After the insurance company recovery said it would be 5 hours she rung AMS as we live in Hemingbrough and was told no they would not help as she was too far from home. She was 27 miles from Hemingbrough and they would not come. She had to wait for 5 hours on her own in the pitch black. We will never use this firm again.

Outrageous, lying, conning, rip off merchants!!!

Avoid and do not use in any case, waited for them to get to me to find out they don't have any equipment, not even a working battery booster,
I was then lied too about the recovery I needed,
while being on the phone to a garage to arrange a delivery of my broken down vehicle, the driver drove off and now his manager wants to charge me over £200 to recover the vehicle when it should of already recovered, still sat with my vehicle 5 hours after initial contact and had no contact from them!!!
iv called the company to find out the manager/owner is one of the rudest most horrific females iv ever encountered,

absolutely zero communication and customer service skills, utterly been scammed and ripped off and after speaking to the company have realised it's their policy to attempt to rip off all customers and then rudely break contractual law by not fulfilling any form of the agreement they have!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST.

CRIMINALS BEHIND A COMPANY NAME.

YOU WILL BE SCAMMED

I will be contacting the ombudsman about them and hopefully they get shut down so they can't do this to any one else!!!!

Cannot rate Andy's high enough. Our motorhome was stuck in a field and my phone call to AMS was answered very professionally by Leanne who sent Chris out to help. Chris arrived quickly and was very efficient in his approach. Chris had us pulled out in no time with no fuss and even came back to see if we were OK when we didn't immediately follow him.
