Been going for years various auto bits... always found the staff to be knowledgeable & friendly... discovered i needed a new car battery today, popped in & within 15 mins had a new battery fitted... great price too... cheers

Nipped in for fuses a few weeks ago. Wasn't sure which I needed so asked a member of staff: he proceeded to cut me off when the phone rang, so I left.
A different staff member helped me out with wiper blades today and found him very polite and friendly, so guess it all depends who you approach in this place.

Fantastic spares shop. I went in yesterday and the young fella with a beard on the till sorted me out with bulbs for my car and ordered me a brake light switch and had it in in 2 1/2 hours at a brilliant price. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. I couldn't be more thankful for their assistance.

Drove a distance to get a 34mm jockey wheel with clamp £22.99 to be told it doesn't come with clamp wheel £22 clamp £6.99 I said that's dearer than a 48mm wheel and clamp, no that doesn't come with clamp ,I then showed my phone with their advert on and clearly states wheel +clamp .then they said its got wrong item number on as if its my fault. I was also going to buy an 8 inch wheel with tyre,so I thought no they might be the price without the tyre.
I drove there to help out a small business found myself being belittled . It's not my fault your item numbers are wrong its not my fault your adverts wrong and I would have expected more dignity from Currans.I don't like doing it but hello Internet.

Currans (and Adsheads): Simply the Best
Our Fiat-Ducato-based motorhome wouldn’t start when we checked it over for a tour of Scotland: the battery was absolutely flat. Jonathan of Adsheads Car and Van Solutions in nearby Thornton Cleveleys lent us a jump starter and recommended Andrew Curran in Cleveleys to fit a new battery. This worked extremely well: Jonathan had contacted Curran’s before we arrived and John Curran worked skilfully and quickly outside the family-run business. Being a large motorhome, the wiring was complex, but we were soon away and down the road, the new Bosch battery coming along with its 4-year guarantee. And all this on a wet Saturday afternoon!

We needed a tow bar fitted fairly quickly. We were referred to Curran’s by Phil Craggs, a friend. We would have no hesitation in referring anyone to Curran’s. The service we received at our address by the tow bar representative was exemplary. The fitter was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to complete, with we which we delighted. A five star recommendation is definitely in order!
