To whom it may concern, I was particularly impressed and very appreciative of assistance provided to me today whilst walking my dog at Enys Gardens near Penryn. I had lost my dog during the walk and I notified Jamie from Andy Loos who was working on site in case he saw my dog. He found my dog and brought him back to me much to my relief. We recently got married on the 22nd June and used Andy's Loos to hire two for the weekend. We had no issues and they were delivered as per request and also collected. There was no hassle from them and as far as i am aware they worked as they should. Highly recommend for toilet needs.

Where do I start……. We hired a trailer toilet for our wedding day.
- first off andyloos left our trailer toilet without any power. This resulted in a call out.
- second the automatic tap completely stopped working. To which another call out was made.
- third on our wedding day the same tap decided to not stop at all. To which we made a phone call to the emergency number, and no reply. This was extra added stress to an already stressful day.
- lastly the toilets where taken away by andyloos over an hour early than agreed, leaving our camping guests without facilities.

Rubbish customer service, not willing to help at all. Don’t recommend

Took away our portaloo without saying so - was unclear in how contracting and paying worked. Left us without a toilet for the whole weekend - saying no one could send one back out as everyone had gone to a festival (we checked the dates and it wasn’t even on that weekend). Not apologetic or helpful.

Would frequently forget to clean out the toilet leaving us with a putrid portaloo in the height of summer.

Have just returned from Beautiful Days Festival in Devon and just wanted the teams from Andy Loos to receive recognition of the fantastic work they did over the weekend in keeping the toilets clean, well stocked with paper and hand sanitiser - very well done to them all!!

Please please next year at beautiful days bring extra loos, just got back from Great Estates, I could’ve sat in your loos all day sounds crazy but after beautiful days your loos were amazing and a special shout out to Cass think that was her name she was amazing making sure the loos are clean and stocked with toilet roll thank you you guys are amazing xx
