Purchased a £1450 Audi engine, had a severe oil fault (when fitted) they agreed to pay £250 back for the additional labour costs (£600) now refusing to pay and I am taking them to the small claims court! AVOID!

Don't touch this people with a BARGE POLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We offered some money for an engine and we received a counter offer, when we call up to pay the guy on the phone started to stutter making stuff up and said the engine had sold, when we confronted him saying that was a lie and the guy swore on the phone, and was very offensive and raised the price from £695 to £1000... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE COWBOYS! BUNCH OF AMATEURS!!!!

absolutely appalling service .... wrong part supplied . returned and they signed for it . no refund given back to us this is now six weeks later, your rude on the phone to my partner , u have ignored emails and now we have to involve PayPal and eBay DO NOT USE THESE

Terrible service. Was sent a faulty item and was then told on the phone that I was lying and the item was fine. They made it very difficult to try and get a refund that I never did receive.
