It's extremely rare for me as a local resident to have anything positive to say about D&G Council but this appointment system is the best thing that's happened at the waste disposal site. It's no longer a 'free for all' fighting for a place. It is orderly, well organised and the staff are very helpful and courteous. The booking a slot process on the website is really straight forward and works every time. Well done !
