I phoned to find out a grave number in Car money Cemetery and the lady who phoned me backwas extremely helpful and the gentleman working in the cemetery helped us find the grave.
We could not have been treated better.

There's people leaving bad reviews knocking the council but if you go to the civic centre the women there are very, very helpful.. i lived in antrim for months and i ended up homeless and had no mobile phone and no money.. the kind hearted people who work for the council managed to get me in contact with family members and i was even driven to the airport and had my flight booked back to England.. really, really saved my skin & as an outsider i didnt expect to get help like that.. my own local council would never do something like that and our local parks and streets aren't kept clean like they are in Antrim

It was around half a year I lived in Northern Ireland and from what I experienced.. this is a pretty good council to have

Very disappointing service with no knowledge of animal welfare legislation. Animal welfare legislation lies with local councils and, while I appreciate that they might not have a welfare officer, one would imagine they would know where to phone. The girl l spoke to was very unhelpful and dismissive. I then contacted the council in Ballymena who were excellent. People phone their councils for help and surely the least that can be expected is that they are well informed.

Rude rude rude!!! Say bins will be emptied 😡 and they sit for another week. They say roadworks outside our homes. .Come and look outside our homes --- No roadworks. !!
How come brown bins emptied? Bryson don't empty bins approximately once a month but if you ring bryson they ring supervisor and they call at end of day or next morning. However we aren't allowed to leave out extra rubbish when bins are left sitting for days. Council definitely not civil service 🤑🤑
