Had an emergency same day pick up of my broken washing machine as I had to fly the morning after and Curry’s totally failed to show up. The guys added my address at the end of the route and didn’t hesitate to come by even though it was getting late for them. All communications were handled on WhatsApp, very easy! They were friendly, got the job done and helped me massively. Highly recommend!

I used Any London Waste for garden waste, soil, and they were able to take 30 50L bags for £220.
I was able to set up an appointment with them over WhatsApp within a few minutes for the next few days. They ask you for a 5 hour slot, mine was 12pm till 5pm that they'll show up and they did come within that window.
They ask for card or cash, I payed cash and they took all 30 bags within 10 minutes and they werry off.
Nice and quick.
I will definitely use them again.

Anylondonwaste really stepped up at a time when we were let down by another company. It was an awkward job but the guys got it done cleanly and without fuss. Their communication was excellent even sending photos to confirm the clearance. No hesitation in recommending.

Really disappointing experience. The guys doing the heavy lifting were great, but dealing with the manager Arina was a nightmare. We provided numerous photos of the waste to be removed and agreed on the price in writing only for Arina to increase the price by 15% half an hour into the job and then aggressively shouting down the phone and threatening to dump everything and walk away if the new price wasn't agreed. She sited that (i) she wasn't aware of the waste to be removed and that non-wood material would incur additional charge even though these were front and centre of the photos, (ii) the guys had to walk further than anticipated (about 20m in total, and clearly stated from the outset that it was a side access property) even though the van was parked right out in front.

Key takeaways for those that opt to use this company: be very clear in your photos of what is to be included and list out in writing what those items are, make sure you communicate the distance required to be carried, and ask for a clear price BEFORE the guys start work.

Lesson learned, but I'll be avoiding this company with a barge pole in the future.
