PRIME EXAMPLE; shared recycling skip, blue dot is a slice of pizza left by unknown. This skip & all its contents are now considered contaminated and not collected. So bad is the contamination from the pizza slice that the empty lucazde bottle on far left has been contaminated, even the thick protective safety gloves worn by workers are no match and the pizza cannot be touched or removed 😳😳😳 this is the world we now live in. 🙄

They do not empty bins, they lie about the reasons for not collecting bins and some of the staff on phone are rude. Yet we pay for service.

They made me miss an appointment today due to blocking an entrance to a road I needed to get to while there was/is room to pack either side of the road.. so I parked in front of them and blocked them in. You work for us so get your house in order. What a joke of a company

I noticed that the bin collections are becoming later in the day and instead of 3 people and the driver, there are only 2 and the driver. No wonder it's later and the bin collectors look so tired. Bin people are lovely and excellent customer service, but how can you operate with just 2 people collecting the bins? My other friends across this area have noticed a difference too.

Worker left my daughter with a full blown panic attack. Following his rude and aggressive manner when he came to fix her boiler. Refuse to show her his ID badge. Came a day earlier than had been arrange and was rude dismissive and generally unhelpful. Said ongoing fault was her issue and should fix it herself. Disgraceful service
