Awful experience with Father in law. Very basic care needs met is probably to only positive thing to say. Thankfully, he is now in a new home which is world's apart. He is well cared for, and staff are kind and attentive to his individual needs. He is so much happier.

The care at Ardenlea Grove is extremely good. The residents are well looked after & treated with kindness & empathy. Families are kept well informed & staff are very happy to answer any questions. The rooms are a decent size, with a large window, television, furniture & shower room/toilet. We are very happy with the care being provided.

My Husband Barry spent 2 weeks at Ardenlea Grove for rehab, following a lengthy stay in hospital, the Staff on Sapphire were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble and thier care no doubt helped greatly in his recovery!! The care also included myself and our Family, many thanks Ardenlea from us all

I have mental health ishues p t s d ive been on long time absence no support no corispondence from HR OR OH dismissed in my absence for being ill staff treated badly i would highly recomend if you have a family member that needs support DONT USE BUPA fact More to come

We as family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for all the support we were given our dear mother Ranjit needed support of your team our family were devastated and tried to help her to be looked after with empathy, compassion and dignity at home but then came time that we needed professional guidance.We felt that during challenging times of covid lockdown your help and direction in how to manage care of our mother at home.hosptial and palliative care and end of life care was managed really well Macmillan nurses, home care team care home staff have all given examplanay care above and beyond their remit.All team very wonderful from reception,staff,nurse Mary Thomas,all the girls carer.i can't name them individually as they all went above and beyond their duty. They formed lovely relationship with Ranjit. This will help us to cope with our life's and grieving process.you will always remain in our hearts and memories to end of lives. May God grant you strength to meet your daily challenges. Once again I would like to say Baljit sondhi manger leads great team , you always made us comfortable to visit mum.
