After calling a number of other companies to scrap my old car I was thrilled to find Argall Metal Recycling Ltd who were the most reliable and offered the best price.
From calling to book a convenient collection date, receiving a call from the driver 30 minutes before arrival and dealing with the paperwork, everything went smoothly.
I asked for an early morning collection and got it, unlike other companies that expect you to wait all day or don't turn up.
Thank you to the driver who was very experienced and exceptional on the day in loading the car safely on a busy road.
He was professional, very polite and efficient.
Special thanks to Elena for explaining everything simply and ensuring the payment was in my account before the end of the day.

Very irresponsibly run business, the soil is contaminated with cubic metres of oil outside their perimeter alongside with a generous helping of metal scrap pieces dropped there. They also operate at anti-social hours, often crushing cars from 6am on Saturday.

A 5* plus experience.
I was very impressed, a easy, no hassle way to dispose of my car.
I got a phone call saying the day and what time I wanted my car picked up. On the day, I got another call to say the car would be picked up within the hour, which it was. The price they offered me was guaranteed, and the money was paid into my bank acc the same day. I was given a printed receipt. The pick up driver was very helpful, friendly and polite. An effortless and easy way to dispose of my car. Very good service, unusual these days.

Excellent efficient service. Phoned up and got a quote to scrap my car under the ULEZ scrappage scheme, girl named Elena sorted everything for me. Drove down to their yard in Leyton with the requested documents. Given the Certificate of Destruction in 5 minutes and scrap money in my account within an hour. Thanks guys, didn't catch their names because of all the noise, was a young lad and an older bloke Jamie? Keep up the good work.

Found these guys through Scrap Car Comparison and was the best price out there. The whole thing ran really smoothly - arranged a date and time and they were on time, even giving us a courtesy call when en route. The guy was really nice and sorted everything and we were transferred the funds on the same day in a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend.

I used these guys today to remove my old car. They were courteous and professional and gave me a fair price. They called me to arrange a time which was a week out, the driver called me the day before to reconfirm and he arrived this morning on schedule. I was given a receipt and payment was in my account by the time promised.
