I could have died:

I got my cars ball joint replaced here on 13/09/24. On 01/11/24 I was driving my car, and the ball joint came loose so I pulled over and called breakdown cover. I was told by them that if this had come loose on the motorway when I was driving fast, I would've crashed my car and written it off as the front left wheel locked out.
This is due to Arnolds team not fitting the part properly and giving me back an unsafe car to drive.

I will not be going back here.

Recommended by warranty company which incidentally is a waste of money ! However Anthony was excellent at keeping us updated on the various problems with our vehicle. Many engine issues, problems built up over the year etc. totally satisfied and would fully recommend. Far better service than we’ve had from main dealers. Many thanks.

Cars brakes were making an awful noise.
Arnolds handled me as a walk-in client and were able to fit my car in the same morning that I called.
1 Hour later of swift and polite service later Mariah once again drives as good as she looks !
