Would rate zero stars if possible. Car was in for a clutch replacement, 2 weeks later clutch had gone. After giving my Renault Clio to another highly recommended garage I was told the clutch hadn’t been replaced. Only a sensor changed with the cost of £15. £780 bill later plus another £820 to have it rectified. BEWARE!

Awful Experience. Only car garage I’ve ever given my car to in running condition with a few small issues to sort, to having to collect my car NON RUNNING. Broken ignition barrel and ignition stuck on 24/7 under their care with no acceptance of liability just a ‘I didn’t do anything’. Would think twice about leaving your car with them

Used ARW Motors, for the first time yesterday, for an MOT and mini service. I was very impressed by overall experience. Dropped the car in at 1pm, and it was ready for collection by 4pm. Friendly guys, very clean workshop, and just basically, a good, straight forward garage, and reasonably priced. Will be using them in future, and will urge family, friends and neighbours to use them. A good find.

I've used this garage several times over the years and I have no complaints. They are fair, quick and local for me too.

Don't expect a posh waiting room and a coffee machine, you're paying for a vehicle to be repaired/serviced/MOT'd, that's exactly what you'll get and as a result the prices are reasonable.

Thanks ARW for the service over the years and ill see you soon with my latest problem!
