They use very cunning ways of luring you into a long-term contract where the prices keep rising. They have automatic 3/5year renewing system where if you dont give notice in time your stuck! It's better to avoid now rather than regret later. Trust me!

This morning between 8:00-8:05 I had been driving from Worcester to Malvern to the office via Deblin’s Green. Their lorry had been driving before me all the way. Here’s the thing: firstly, the road is very narrow (you need to find a layby if you’re driving from the opposite site to pass a large vehicle like this one), and there’s a speed limit of 30mph - this had been ignored by the driver (there were 2 guys on the lorry).
Secondly, they’d been driving literally in the middle of the road. Thirdly, they used the blinkers too late to signal they were about to turn right. Fourthly, when I was about to take over (the road was finally clear and broad enough to do that), the driver unexpectedly pulled out and turned left, which made me land on the sideway (covered with grass) - I almost ended up in a ditch whilst trying to avoid the damage (needless to say I bought the new car barely a week ago).
Completely reckless behavior, not respecting other drivers/pedestrians. There’s people jogging, elderly going for a walk and many concealed entrances. They stopped, however, and asked “if I was fine”. Please. I called their customer service 1h later and requested to report to their superiors (the lady on the phone was lovely, though). Please stay away from this company! Thye will get you ina contract and then will charge you more each week saying your rubbish is overloaded. It's all a big con the sales reps are part of the con in getting you into contract you have been warned stay away read the reviews

I would give less if i could, i would need a legal advice on this. Initially i signed up for contract, which was 12 months, after 12 months they put me in 36 months contract which i was never told. I spoke to accounts team they are saying that it was written in small print and now i m stuck with whatever price and other thing about bin when i was in 12 months contract they pickup at decided time which was about 10am every fortnight. After my 12 months they are coming at 6 o clock, i was never notified of that, i had to ring. Such a disgraceful service that company is never transparent and lack of communication. When i initially signed up for contract, guy begged me cause he has target for so many customers. I wish i should never go for that.

Absolutely shocking company! Over 18 missed collections in just 6 months! Constantly fobbed off by customer service, if you can call them that. No credit for missed collections. Excuse after excuse. Do yourself a favour and do not use this company!

I arranged a meeting with a rep from this company to remove our waste from our venue explaining that we would only be here 2 years because the building was being demolished.
We have now closed the business so I sent a email saying we had closed only to get a phone call saying I had to pay the remaining contract until 2027
I said I only signed a 12 month contract and the rep was told we wouldn’t be here any longer than 2 years when we had our meeting.
His reply was if you don’t cancel after 12 months you automatically sign for another 3 years.
I called my rep and she totally remembers our meeting and the conversation about 2 years at the most.
She said she would sort this out for me let’s hope she can.
Update 2/september
A meeting was arranged with the rep and her manager but they didn’t turn up.
I called but can’t get to speak to my rep left voicemail but nothing, I have never known a company treat their customers so bad.
I would definitely avoid using them if you’re thinking of getting a waste company and I will definitely be spreading the word about what they are like to deal with.
Update 20th September
I have now called the office another 3 separate occasion's since the 2nd September asking to chat to my rep each time being told they would get her to call me but guess what still no call.
Update 27th September
Called again at the beginning of the week to chat to someone was told I would get a call back and guess what no call back.

Thursday 16th January,
after a couple of emails and phone calls over the last few weeks they agreed to scrap the old contract if we signed a new 12 month contract for our new premises which would start when we open, they also agreed to refund what we had paid since we closed the old premises and guess what we are still waiting for the refund and they are still taking money out of our account.
I have called our rep and left voicemails no call back and also called the office with no joy.
Then they wonder why they such bad reviews.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Their driver hit my husbands car leaving it in such a state that it will need to be written off. The driver saw the damage that he caused and didn't care enough to leave any details. He then proceeded to drive off. If it wasn't for CCTV footage, we would have been worse off. The distress that it's caused us has been significant. This is a warning for all drivers, even pedestrians, please watch out for these trucks!

Didn’t realise I was on a rolling contract, rep told me it was a 12 month contract, cancel when I want, then to be told I’m tied in until 2026, asked for the agreement which I was never given at the start, got it sent last week after the accounts guy laughed down the phone, on closer inspection it’s not my signature on the agreement, please check your agreements guys as this is fraudulent, and I’m happy to pursue this, I bet I’m not the only one
