Helpful and friendly staff. Love how quick I can get things done there, now it is pre-book only. If I am struggling with some heavy bits out my car, someone always comes over to get rid of it for me, without asking, so shows how on the ball and attentive staff are there.

Have to book online but it’s very straight forward. I actually feel it’s a better way, as no waiting, drive straight in. Some employees I find are a job worth, they dictate that you can’t put that in there etc and other employees will say yes that’s where you put it, I feel there’s a atmosphere among staff here but if you know where everything goes than you don’t have to ask staff! Some staff are nice and helpful, but not all of them

Seamless experience. Well signposted, as I had not been before I booked and was waved through without having to queue. There were lots of members of staff available to direct me to the right place for the separated waste. And they were really helpful when I asked for help with some metal, and something to clean up 'bin juice' from the tarpaulin I had covering the boot of my car. 5* well done team for great customer service and for helping me out.

Had more than one car load and was turned away on our 2nd visit, even though we were within our time slot.Told by man at dump you had to book for each visit but that's not clear on the website .
