Came into buy an engagement ring. Jaideep was amazing, 10/10. He immediately put me at ease and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took me through the entire process and explained every aspect of the ring. Out of all the ring shops I visited, this was by far the best. I took the ring in a month later to get it resized and Jaideep was again very helpful - ring is now resized and perfect. We will likely buy our wedding rings from Austen and Blake as well due to the service from Jaideep

We booked an appointment to look at engagement rings and received the best service! I had an idea of what I liked but Dorota expertly talked us through all the options and what it all meant. Dorota and the manager (sorry didn't catch a name) made us feel very welcome and special. We'll be back for our wedding bands! Thank you again 🙂
