Company was supposed to collect my car between 9-12. Was waiting and ready for 3hrs, bearing in mind I had other tasks to do this day. 12 comes, no call, no update, nothing. Rung the office and they tell me there's no drivers to collect it! Why book a collection when there's no drivers?! I wouldn't bother personally

Be careful of this company. Quote you a decent price then on collection tell you your car doesn't have original parts and drop the price £60, £80 once they've loaded your vehicle, scam, be aware.

Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid! They made us wait for hours and just didn't bother turning up.

Amazing service. They were able to help and support me. They were pro-active and they really dealt with the situation, I was pretty impressed I must say. I would highly recommend them.

Very impressed with this company. Accepted their quote on Friday and got a call a few hours later to arrange collection for Monday. They called Monday morning to confirm their arrival time, the car was taken very quickly and the money was in my account 3 hours later. Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful, the whole process was absolutely painless. I would highly recommend this company.

Called Autobreak as we needed our car scrapped. I got one quote from them on the phone but a higher one through their website when I booked the collection later in the day. They called a few hours later and offered to collect the car within 20 minutes. The man who did so was very helpful & polite. I was told the money would be in my account within an hour but I had to follow it up the next morning. It then took until after lunch for it to reach me. Customer service is varied depending on who you speak to.

Very positive experience. Got a quote for my car to be scrapped and they called back and arranged a date of pick up soon after. Called to notify they were on their way and arrived on time. Polite and friendly service. Payment received within 2 hours as per the original quote. Thank you!

To anybody thinking of using this company... GO FOR IT! I have received nothing short of a fantastic service today when selling my car. They were polite to me, arrived on time, and paid the right price for my vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, and I would fullY recommend to anybody looking to sell their car. 10/10. Thanks guys!
