Visited just now to get a bulb and some brake pads. One chap already serving a customer. Second chap behind the counter says hello asks what I need then tells me that I'll need to wait for the guy on the computer. .... 5 mins later and still waiting a third chap comes from out the back asks if he can help me, I explain again and he proceeds to go straight to the computer BESIDE THE ORIGINAL chap. So if he doesn't wish to serve people maybe not communicate with them.laziness at it utmost and now given a sour taste to the shop.

Awful customer service called to order parts in I'm told there in stock and would be held for me so i travel to them to be told they have sold them. Happened on both occasions iv used them now so avoid at all cost don't waste your time!
