I've been here a few times. The last time was to have an aerosol spray paint matched to my classic car. Autoparts spent hours matching the colour, they far exceeded the worth of the actual aerosol, but came up trumps. Many thanks for your hard graft everyone. Pictures of the before and after below.
Another thing, if you think eBay is cheaper for parts, think again. I checked a few prices while I was there and they're comparable.

Know the store quite well and was looking for an exact air hose ftting. The exact fitting wasn't available but, with numerous photos taken by the assistant of the precise matching items we did, eventually find a combination of parts that works for my purposes. The assistant, Ailsa couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. What a delight to experience such great service!👍🏻

Always find garages/car parts places rather daunting. Went to autoparts today for new window wipers with that feeling of dread! The young lady and gent who served me today could not have been more helpful. Fitted my wipers (free of charge) within seconds. Sorry I didn’t get your names. Will definitely be my first port of call when anything else is required

My experience with Autospares Inverurie was a pleasure
Very helpful, and experienced staff.
A menmber of staff, Ailsa was most helpful. She found the exact part I required, and proceeded to place my order.
She followed this up, and called me when the part arrived in.
She then was very helpful in fitting my new wing mirror.
I would highly recommend using this company.

Exceptionally poor customer service. I spent about 200 pounds a week ago. Purchased a very heavy 3 ton hydraulic jack.

I was offered no help removing the item to leave the shop, not even to open the door.

When asking about a simple copper washer from the parts section I was told, 'our customers don't ask for that so we don't have any.' Well I'm I customer and I was asking! And it's not an unreasonable request either. Being told off and then discussing my unreasonable request with your colleague as I turned away.

The staff clearly have no training on how to treat customers properly. Really poor form all round. Buy your parts at auto save in Aberdeen, who at least make an effort to help you.

Not sure I'll go back again. Poor form!!!!

great place to shop and staff are very helpful, mostly have everything in stock and if not usually can get it within days. honestly no complaints and definitely my favourite place to shop for car parts and accessories.
