Great service! Helpful and friendly office staff and drivers. Although I'd ordered a large skip fairly late in the day, it was delivered by 9.30am the following morning. I rang to arrange for collection on a Friday afternoon and the skip was collected at 11.30am Saturday morning. Couldn't have wished for a better experience and would definitely use again if needed.

Would have given 1 star but the skip did arrive when they said it would. The issue is after a few hours of it arriving they returned to collect it, I told them that I won't be done with it for a few more hours, I told them it could be collected after 3 and called to let them know I discussed this with their driver, after calling several times to make sure they were aware nobody ever got back to me until 6.30 to tell me that it won't be collected today, so because of their failures to communicate, my vehicle has to stay out on the road which isn't acceptable after having spoken to them several times about this.

Edit.
Now, in addition to the terrible service I've had, people trespassed onto my property to root through the skip. This wouldn't have been an issue had been collected at the agreed time.

Good company. Turn up when they say they will to drop off and collect when they say they will. Very responsive to enquiries via email ( Luke ) answered any queries I had . They even collected earlier than planned because the skip was full . Friendly and chatty staff upon pick up of the skips . I ordered 2 one after another. I will certainly use them in the future if needed or recommend to someone else . Customer service was great guys keep up the good work .

We hired an AWM skip for a community event and service was excellent throughout. They turned up when they said they would, didn't make an issue out of where we wanted the skip to be located. The only wrinkle, which makes this a 4.5 rather than a 5 was that the skip turned up at my house, not the event site - the driver appologised, he'd not read the full job sheet before setting off, thankfully I live close to the event site so he was still on time.

Excellent service from start to finish. Was very easy to book online for a very good price. The delivery driver was polite and delivered first thing in the morning as promised and placed it exactly as instructed. Communicated via email for collection and booking was confirmed. The next day the skip was gone. What's not to like about this firm. Second good experience with these guys. Thank you.

No bin collection and driver marking as job completed and getting charge for no job done , also keep chasing them for collection and every time I call they says they will collect tomorrow but no show up .

Not the best service in the world. The driver turned up at 8am (it's a renovation project so nobody is in at this time), without any warning. They then drove off without the skip and told me to contact the office to rearrange. I then called the office and was told that the skip would be collected later on that day. When I called back in the afternoon to enquire where the next driver was, I was told that they weren't coming out today after all. Not a call to pre-warn me or anything. This meant I then had to stop my builders from doing work as they couldn't get the new skip that was meant to be delivered that afternoon. I will go elsewhere for my next project.
