I cannot recommend this company enough.

As a lone female on a country road that I didn't know in an area that I didn't know, who was scared and overwhelmed. I rang the company probably making no sense- within 30 minutes a savior in a High Vis jacket turned up to my rescue and calmed me down and managed to get my car back to a location that I knew, talked my through the whole process and made sure I was happy with what he was doing, he then came back the next day to fit me a new tire and to sort out the damage to the wheel that I had sustained again with a smile and a friendly attitude. The costs were the best that I had seen from any other company.
After waiting for a major recovery company for over 4 hours, I was more than happy to pay a local company to recover me rather than wait even longer.

After trying a few other garages that wouldn't touch my car simply because it was a Japanese import and therefore more likely to be an issue, I gave Aycliffe Service Centre a call. The gent on the phone informed me that they'd give it a go and duly sourced the parts required and set about fixing the jobs needed to get the car through it's MOT. They talked me through every step of the job, informed me of any problems with my car and made the normal stresses much less worrisome. At one point I received a call informing me that a part I wanted changing had thousands of miles worth of life left in it and that changing these parts "could" be done but I'd be spending money that I needn't waste!
From start to finish the staff were informative and honest about everything the car did and did not need, they talked me through the parts that had been replaced and made everything as simple as possible.
The final bill was lower than expected and currently they're offering 10% discount throughout the rest of September.
