My Mini Paceman had a terrible oil leak and needed the timing chain doing. Took it to a garage iv used previously and was quoted a crazy price for the work.
Found B and M Centre so decided to pop in. Ed and his team sorted out the car at half the price and were so thorough sending me pics of what needed doing and keeping me updated throughout.
I honestly couldn't thank them enough and highly recommend them!
Ed and his team were very genuine guys and extremely knowledgeable.
This place will now be my new service & MOT centre!

BMW E39 1996 528iSE: Having used the BMW Main Dealer in Maidstone since owning the car in 1998 I switched to Ed at B&M Specialist Chatham in 2007 following workmanship complaints on the last three jobs carried out at Maidstone.
Ed has now been my sole source of contact since 2007 for all servicing and repair work which has been carried out with all due BMW expertise and care. I have found Ed and his mechanics very knowledgeable friendly and to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
As an ex 5-year indentured mechanic myself (left the trade in 1969) I can highly recommend Ed and his staff.

I have used the B&M Centre for over 10 years for repairs to my E46 BMW’s that I have owned. I have found them knowledgeable, honest and very fair with what they have charged me. The B&M Centre have always repaired my cars to the highest standard; better than taking my cars to the main dealer. I have been so impressed that I have recommend them to a friend who had his BMW Mini Cooper’s radiator replaced at a lot less cost than a main dealer was going to charge him. I would highly recommend the B&M Centre to anyone who owns a BMW car.

Went in at 16 50 before closing time. Explained the issues with my BMW e46 white blue tinge smoke when throttle on idle. Also explained the code I've been getting. After couple of seconds the gentleman explained and diagnosed valve stem seals and quoted me very quickly. Free of charge. Thanks for the advice. Good place if you want experienced mechanic. Few weeks later got quote by kwik fit 975 quid for rear lower arms and front lower arms and bushes. B and m done it for just over 300 and changed what needed changing. Couldn't recommend them enough. Absolute stars

I flagged up an error message with the BMW dealership multiple times and each time was being reassured there was nothing wrong. These guys called me within an hour of dropping the car off, having the problem identified with options and quotes on how to proceed. Quick, thorough, and well communicated. Actually listened and delivered excellent costumer service putting main dealerships to shame. Haven't had the issue since. And will return this month for another service. Highly recommend them.
Professional attitude, good honest and transparent service. Oh and good pricing. I will stick with them as my new go-to.

Contacted b&m centre after being advised I needed a new timing chain from another garage, with a long waiting list. Took my car down to b&m, the issue was resolved and no new timing chain needed (misdiagnosed by previous garage). Excellent service and reasonably priced. Second time I’ve used them and wouldn’t hesitate to use again!

My BMW had the dreaded ‘Drive Train’ warning light come on. I rang BMW who told me it could be many things, don’t drive it and first available service appointment would be in three weeks. USELESS!! On their advice I rang B and M at Chatham and they were brilliant. Fitted me in the same week for a diagnosis, gave me a good idea of the problem and fixed it within 24 hours. They kept me updated all the time and the repair came in way under estimate. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Will definitely be going back again for our regular services.
