Quite a shame that an honest return can’t be processed in this day and age. The parts are still in the boot as picked up. They will be at the bottom of my scale, only go there if you are desperate.

(Feeling sick reading the dealer response below for the amount of lie in it, you must know you lying when you write the response)!!!
AVOID THEM! if you can as once they get their hands on your money you will not get it back and don't let them fool you by guarantee nonsense, they did that to me twice now! I stopped going there for long time because of same thing numbers of years ago, then decided to give them another go and again they retracted their word refused to refund me for faulty part by makin excuse that the shabby part connector didn't leave there broken! He knew he was lying so he has excuse to not refund me!
Staff at this place use to be very rude and to be fair they did improve in that sense.
