Very convenient laundrette especially as it closes at 10pm. Also contactless payment makes it easier than trying to look for change. Also to the people complaining about the prices going up should really learn about how the world works and the economy changes. It is something called inflation.

Went today and dryers have almost doubled in price. I understand price increases but this was a lot. One man decided to take his wet washing back home with him instead of paying the new prices.

Price 30% higher in actual laundrette than online (for the smaller machine which is the one I used)!! I queried it, and was advised to email in by the lady working there, so I went ahead and used the machine (not wanting to then carry all my laundry back!) as I thought an honest mistake and that they would honour the price, then update the website about any future price rises. Well they didn’t and were in fact rude about it. Just be prepared that this is clearly not an honest business.

From your response it is clear that you have not read my review thoroughly. Firstly, my email didn’t request a full refund, it requested that you honour the price on your website. Secondly, as I clearly stated in my review it was YOUR staff member who said to email in about the price, indicating that it would be honoured. If this was not possible, I should’ve been told. Also, if you had time to update every single machine label, the card machine payment method price, and the laundrette signage with the new price, why was it only the website left? It clearly couldn’t be hard to do as you did it the same day as my complaint! The only reason I can think of is that you rely on people travelling with washing to you first, and then paying as they don’t want to carry dirty laundry away again.

Lastly, the manner in which you speak to customers, and the tone of your responses (not just to mine, but to any negative feedback below) gives an indication of the manner in which you treat customers in general. Perhaps look at that first, as it is a service you are providing.

Edit Sept 2023! I went back and the hours are now stated until 9pm (although I would still check google firstly). Changing my review to 5* because it's a quality laundrette.

Prior to Sept 2023:
It says the hours are 7-11, written in massive letters everywhere, on the door, on a huge billboard outside the shop. Not the case!! It was locked up at 10pm with my clothes in the drier.

Regarding the response below... I understand the situation you are in. I have absolutely no problems with the machines and the cost, I believe you are very competitive in terms of what you offer (I can pay on my phone, and your machines are great), and the price you charge is competitive.

I drove from Winchester to wash my clothes because your opening hours and the fact that I don't have to find coins for a wash suits me perfectly. Your place is clean and apart from the camera that speaks out 'you are under surveillance' near the entrance which is a little 'big brother', the place has a nice feel.

But, there is a massive poster outside which says 7-11 in big and bold print. On the door it says 7-11, and I saw no signs to the contrary on the day that I visited. Respectfully, why would I look at google when the signing outside says 7-11? I was caught short, had to drive back to Winchester with my clothes in your drier and come back first thing in the morning and it was a frustrating experience.

Andrea and her team are excellent.
They have helped me out no end whilst we’ve been having building work done and I’ve been without a washing machine with a baby and a toddler. Their service has been fantastic. I’ve mainly been using their service wash and the turnaround time has been super fast.
The fact they are manned all day but also on a Saturday morning has been invaluable.
Andrea even saw I’d popped in when they were busy, remembered who I was and phoned me back to say if I came back in they could sort out what I needed that day.

Very professional set up, great you get an email when ready to collect, service with a massive smile - all the ladies are extremely friendly and helpful.
Quality of wash / drying has been great, machines work very well and impressive cycle times for a DIY wash.

Andrea even sorted my wedding dress out, which could only be described as completely trashed! (Covered in mud, various stains etc). It came up beautifully and was carefully boxed up. I was so chuffed as pretty much had written off any chance of it being rescued!

Would highly recommend!
And I would definitely go there for any other services I need in the future.

Everything is good, but I found that price and minutes is not matching in the one of the machine, I got only 16 minutes for £2, but they mentioned 18 minutes for Dryers.

I was unsure how to use the soap and softener dispenser but a very lovely lady in thd dry cleaners helped me and then stayed with me as it was my first use of their machines. Wonderful service and with a smile

Always clean, love being able to pay by card and not dig around for the correct change. Lifesaver for the days not being able to use solar power to dry clothes.
