Ordered a skip 2 weeks before, didn't turn up on the day & when I called they said it was the next drop, promised me it would be delivered by 9AM the following day & did not turn up again as driver didn't turn up for work and was put onto another driver, when I called 6 hours later they said the lorry had broken down & would not turn up until tomorrow so did not even bother letting me know. It is just constant excuses. Would definetely not recommend them for anything

4 week in advance booking for an important weekend works, I placed a call at mid day on the date of delivery to confirm and told yes all booked and the skip fails to be delivered. No phone calls received to tell me. I made a call on the Saturday to be fobbed off with a truck went off the road at 3pm. More like the drive just finished for the day. No skip till Monday. From now on I will be finding a more reliable service else where.

Unfortunately, in the 8 months I have used the services from this company, I received only 3 weeks of prompt service. No calls were returned to the numerous calls I made regarding other issues I also had with their service. I was offered a lockable bin as a gesture of goodwill for the service (or lack of) I had received and then they charged me and the bin did not lock!! When I called to query this, my calls were never returned ! I would avoid this company and pay little extra for a service that one would expect

This is a great one.
1. Unit next door ordered a new bin. (with a lock)
2. BW delivered it to me, and took my original one away.
3. Unit next door spent time and numerous phone calls trying to sort the problem, and got very frustrated with the promises but no action.
4. Three weeks later they turned up, rolled my bin to his unit, took his bin away, now I have no bin.
5. Two emails, three phone calls, four weeks, still no bin.
6. It will be with you this Friday. It wasn't
7. It will be with you this Tuesday. It wasn't.

Each time we have to phone, explain the absolute shambles and bizarre scenario, while the rubbish is piling up.
Better than that. When we queried having to pay for a bin we haven't had for weeks, we were told WE had to email someone else. Why do WE have to phone/email someone else? Its your company, you messed it up.
Who knows who runs the place, but they should be embarrassed.

I have already posted a review but their service has gotten even worse that I'm forced to put one out again. They have missed the collection day for the last 6 7 weeks running. The people on the call always lie, make fake promises. But to no avail. The driver doesn't come. They say tomorrow, yet again he doesn't come. We put thr bin out, our neighbours complanin as it has been there for too long. But these guys do not understand that the company doesn't collect it. We have had many altercations but yet this company is so poor in their customer service and their actual job. Horrible horrible people from top to bottom. I wonder how they sleep at night without seeing their lies and how it impacts other businesses and people around the businesses.

Would not recommend to any one else.

4 Yard Skip was meant to be picked up weeks ago. I only needed it for a day (they insisted a week was minimum) but now it’s been sat on my driveway for three weeks leaving me with poor garden access and no parking.

Failure to collect twice in a row. No communication from them at all. Having to call them only to arrange collection and they still don’t show up.

The skip they delivered was full of large holes at the bottom. Meaning there’s a good chance when they finally do collect it my driveway will be covered in soil.

Added bonus, they also damaged my fence on delivery.

Shocking service.

Update: Damaged tarmac from loaded Skip sitting there so long uncollected. Of course Bakers Waste Accepts no responsibility for damaging property.

Most un recommended, have been dealing with this company for nearly 18 months, the services has got gradually worse, how quickly can a driver get out of the yard with out emptying a bin. How quickly can they send an invoice for a service not done. Unable to understand instructions and keep to their said collection times. If you find another collection service do so.

Bakers Waste were fantastic, particularly Lewis. I made contact via LinkedIn for a quote, which was really convenient & got a rapid response over the Easter weekend. The skip arrived first thing on the Tuesday morning, with the delivery driver going out of his way to complete the delivery without disturbing us, even though we'd left items in his way unintentionally. The company were flexible over the collection date and communication throughout the hire period was second to none. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Bakers Waste for excellent customer service and value for money. Thank you for making this so easy!!
