Helpful staff and assist each and everyone as much as they can. It’s a non stop job for them so not every can be accommodated at the same time. Just a little bit of patience from everyone will help them a lot

Always friendly staff, both in helping point out the right skips but also a lift for heavy items and old people.

Prior booking should stay forever. It's great booking a time slot, turn up with no more than a 5 minute wait. Nice wide bay with room to stop others crashing their car door into yours.

Staff always helpful and cheerful, helping unload where they can and advising where each item needs to go. Beware of long queues that form 45 minutes before closing time - don't leave it until the last minute to go there. Edit: there's short queues or no queues at all now that we have to pre-book slots

Decent facilities but so incredibly inefficient- staff need to be telling people to use the spaces available; numerous times I have been when the queue is backed up to the main road and when I finally reach the centre there are 3-4 spaces free but people don’t take them as they seem to be waiting for a space close to their ‘preferred’ skip. Not enough spaces and people take far too long faffing around. Please direct staff to start making people use all available spaces and help when they can; I see them just sitting around chatting far too often.

When I got there, there was a bit of confusion as to what section the body parts went into, & I have to confess, I felt the staff were looking down their noses at me when I got the bodies out the van, but like I told them, if the kids had eaten their dinner like they were supposed to, this would never have happened. The manager was very resourceful though, & he made a phone call, so now I have the police escorting me down the motorway at 110mph, which is great, because I can't wait to get home to my fish finger & chips.

Much easier now you have to book. Cut queuing time right down. Fairly well policed, although still the odd trade waste being surreptitiously disposed of and, of course the 4x4 SUV parked across two spaces and blocking entry. (Sigh)

Poorly signposted followed by the rudest& least helpful staff ever experienced in all my years of tip visits nationally. Welcome to Bath
