PICK UP THE SKIP! Supposed to pick up skip last week. Presently I can't park my cars on the drive. We have a young baby and can't park the car on the drive to safely. Called x 3 times. Still not picked up.

I cannot fault B&B Skips for their service. We ordered a skip, they called us a few days before it was due to be delivered to offer an earlier delivery due to availability. We declined this offer as we were not available at that time.

The skip was delivered by a courteous delivery driver. Placed the ship where I suggested it be placed. No hassle.

Unfortunately, both my partner and I were taken Ill meaning we didn't have time to fill the skip before our pre planned collection date. I emailed and asked if it was possible to extend the time we have the skip due to illness by a week. I had a response from Michael Toleman who was more than happy to help and offered to arrange collection a week later at no extra cost.

The customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend.

Went there with a couple of cememt based products and unsure if they contained asbestos. Unable to get a decision on viewing only. They took a sample to send away for testing, the result of which they will advise when they get an answer. No charge.
A really good result and excellent service.

If you could give a -5 score I would. Quick to take your payment but very slow to pick skip up. Phoned every other day for them to pick skip up and was told that it would be the next day nearly two weeks later after phoning again it was picked up. DO Not use this company.

Arrived a bit early for my 40 foot container loading, made very welcome with a cuppa, just nice polite and genuine people. If only everywhere we went were like this.
