WARNING to any part buyers who are thinking of using this unprofessional company. AVOID AT ALL COST. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED this company is ripping people off by selling them damaged parts and blaming the courier company for the damage. Not even offering to replace the part or refund. IF YOU WANT TO BE STUNG THEN KEEP PURCHASING.
I have purchased a AUDI A3 drivers light and the top bracket has been broken on the light prior to delivery and they have just put the bracket at the bottom of the delivery box very smart but I have a video of the whole box opening from the minute I have received it. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT use you'll regret it. small claims court it is see you in court.

Avoid This Place at All Costs!

I recently called this breakers yard to confirm they had the specific part I needed in the right color. After a 3-hour drive, I arrived only to be handed the wrong part in the wrong color! When I pointed this out, they suddenly claimed they had the correct part but now demanded more money.

When I questioned them, the staff became abusive and even threatened me. The owner himself came out and got right in my face, being incredibly aggressive. The whole experience was absolutely disgraceful. If you value your time, money, and safety, stay far away from this place. They are nothing but scammers and bullies. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!

If i could give them 0 stars I would absolute shambles of a company don’t know how they are running made me travel just over an hour to say they don’t have the part i needed and then tried offering me a different part in a different colour. Looking at the reviews looks like this a tactic they use to swing you in to buy parts from them. Id stay well away save your time and money and go elsewhere

Horrible place. Drove 2 hours away after confirming with them over and over. That they have the wing to get there and them not even able to find the wing. Pathetic! On top of that employee tries selling me an another wing another colour for twice the amount. Would not recommend rude staff and they can’t even find where they’ve put their own parts. Disgrace

I was looking for a set of alloy wheels to replace my old ones. I was a little unsure of the set I saw on ebay. They were very helpfull and proud of the business when I dropped by to have a look. They were open and honest with me all the way. I felt re-assured and true to their word, the alloys fitted perfectly. Thank you to everyone there, you have exceptional customer service.
