If I could give 10 stars I would. Brian came to the rescue tonight and helped me from being an absolute emotional wreck. He was professional, but also kind and chatty and kept me calm. Although he is there to move my car, he went out his way to make sure I was okay and safe. Brilliant service. I broke down on a busy road on a Sunday morning in freezing conditions and within half an hour of calling I was on my way to a garage. Definitely recommend.

Had to get my car moved from a garage to home as it was dead. These guys collected the car and put it back on my drive the next morning and put my keys through the letter box meaning I didn't need to take time off work. Would definitely recommend!

I Needed a lwb 3.5 t low loader moving from Sunderland to Durham for urgent repairs. I messaged Billy from BE Recovery and he was able not only to accommodate the van which was automatic and with a flat battery but picked it up at 0600 hrs the following morning so it was there first thing for the repairs to begin. They were also very competitive with their price as well as being punctual and friendly. Without him and his company I would have had to delay the repairs which wasn’t an option. Highly recommend this company and if I ever need recovery services they will be my first choice.
