Lost car keys on New Year's Eve. Called my breakdown cover who arranged for Beacon to recover us.
The guys went above and beyond what they needed to, they searched local social media to see if anyone had posted about finding the keys, liased with the finder and took us to collect the keys.
Cool guys, got us out of a real spot when home was over an hour away

We broke down in whitby when we were away for the weekend, with 2 ids and a puppy! the service from beacon recovery was superb! They came out to us within 20 minutes of calling!

Broke down today on a day out to Whitby. The RAC arranged for Beacon recovery to take us home which was in Nottinghamshire. They turned up on time and got our car loaded onto the trailer very efficiently. Luke the driver was great on the way back.good driving and very pleasant. Got home safely with the car dropped off at the garage for repair. Would just like to say that Luke is a credit to your company. A big thank you

Used these yesterday on 7th of January through rescue my car.com after getting a puncture in cottingham was there 30 mins earlier than they said and got me to a place to get a replacement tyre In time before they closed which could have left us stranded all night thankyou so much

On Saturday 31 August while on Holiday at Barmston Beach with my family we visited Bridlington & during our journey my car developed a red oil warning light displaying on the dashboard.I contacted Green Flag Breakdown & informed them of our location & current situation.
My wife & daughters made arrangements to get a taxi back to our caravan as our dog was on his own .I waited with my car. I got a phone call from James from Beacon Recovery to give me an ETA to my location.As I described I was in a layby on Scarborough Road.He knew the exact location I was struck at So he had no difficulty to locate my broken down car.
He did explain that he would be changing recovery vehicle's & will be running a bit late to get to me.
On arrival with a 4X4 & a trailer.He did a quick assessment to explain the fault.It was beyond roadside repair with it either being a failed oil pump or oil pressure sensor He set upon loading my car onto the recovery trailer with ratchet straps to secure my car to the trailer As he was tasked to recovery me home.It took James 2 & half hours of driving & avoiding the night roadworks that where happening on the motorway networks.
I would rate James 10/10 on the service that he provided as it has been a long day for him.

We had a caravan pitched at St Helens in the park and needed it recovering to Yorkshire Coast caravans to investigate why the brakes had locked and the caravan wouldn’t move forward, contacted these guys who went above & beyond to help us Luke worked his day off to recover us as the Big recovery truck was required due to the caravan being 2.5 metre wide 7.5 long.
Very professional company with lovely understanding staff especially Luke and Alison.
