I was disgusted with the money plant that arrived. It is a fraction of the size I ordered. Tiny doesn’t come close to explaining it.

Most of the leaves were battered and broken. Stems broken, leaf damage all over the plant which will soon turn brown and drop off so what I’ll be left with is a bunch of stems which I don’t predict to survive.

I emailed the company immediately yesterday and still have no response. They’ve chosen the wrong person to cheat like this. I will not let this go. No way on earth will I be ripped off.

Anyone wishing for high end, healthy plant specimens best shop elsewhere. I did leave them a positive review on Trust Pilot for the great customer service I experienced prior to delivery. That review will be taken down immediately.

As for the “CEO” who sent me an email “welcoming me to the happy plant family” watch out. I’m coming for you directly.

What a bunch of thieves!

I wish I’d read all the reviews, not just the obviously paid for, fake positive reviews posted on here and other platforms.

No way am I the only person who is experiencing this low level of customer care. So many other people have spent way more than I did and the customer service they’ve experienced is borderline abuse.

Daylight robbery. You can find better and healthier plants in low-budget supermarkets.

I ordered three plants and paid fast delivery, expecting them to arrive on the estimated date of Saturday, February 15th. However, they did not arrive until the evening of February 17th. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the plants were dead, and one of the pots was broken.
I tried to contact the company by email and through customer service and got no response.

Commercial orders for rented office spaces.
1st order of 10 plants - super impressed with communication, delivery time and plant quality.

But it seems that customer service, quality control and everything else disappeared out the window when placing a second “top up” order.

No customer service from business. Damaged, ripped, bug ridden plants delivered.
1 plant short, 1 broken pot. I am still waiting for a partial refund for the plant, and a full refund for a broken pot (from July- we’re now in September). I’d requested a replacement which was never sent. I haven’t received any correspondence since 3 months ago even though I’m sending weekly emails

Wish I’d have just stuck with my original suppliers, I’ve had to replace 3 plants from the second orders due to PESTS!
Overall given 2*s
5* for the first order, 2* for the second. But since I’m chasing and chasing with no luck, I won’t be using again unless something drastically changes

I had a good online shopping experience; easy navigation, clear images, a helpful pot simulation feature, and product reviews, all of which played a role in my decision to buy from here.

I ordered a ZZ plant, an add-on pot, and a money tree with a pot. The ZZ plant arrived in great condition - lush, green, and the height I ordered. The Teal Elho Vibes pot was also quality.

The money tree, however, had a few bent shoots and leaves, likely from movement during delivery. I had to give it a small trim, but given that it’s a more delicate plant, I understand these things can happen.

Overall, a positive experience, and I’d order from here again.

I ordered flowers for my wife and they arrived wilted (had no water or anything in the packing) and the bouquet looked nothing like advertised. I was supposed to get 20% less stems from the 23 promised in the website. The bouquet my wife got held only 10. The roses are small not at all like photo.
I could get much better from Waitrose and for half the price .

Website says 24hrs delivery. This is not true.
I ordered a bundle for my son’s new home hoping they would arrive in said 24hrs. They arrived 72 hours later. I took this up with Customer Services but only received the usual bland, generic respond with no solution. In fact I don’t even know if it was a human. Gone are the days of real customer service it seems. Very disappointing.

Got some plants for the office. All very well packed. Bought a range of larger plants for communal areas and smaller ones for the desk (pictured). Plants look really healthy, very impressed with the quality. Ordered Thursday, arrived on Monday. Great service for a reasonable price.

I ordered a plant and a pot. Despite the pot being advertised as 'dark slate' and the picture on the website showing the pot to be a deep grey bordering on black, the pot that arrived was blue. I emailed requesting a refund - no reply. I rang the office at least 10 times and left a message - no reply. I sat on the 'chat' function on the website for several hours - no reply. Extremely disappointing
