Broke down in Filey, the front suspension went, got taken to Beverly where Bells picked up my van, me and my daughter . The guy was lovely, mines an olde van but he was carful with it. Made sure no more damage was done to the wheel or wing. He did a cracking job. Well pleased , Thanks.

Terrible experience – avoid this company if you can.

They damaged my car and have taken absolutely no responsibility for it—not even an apology. The attitude I received was cocky, rude, and completely arrogant. Under normal circumstances I would never deal with people like this, but unfortunately, I had no choice.

I was practically accused of lying about the damage. The manager I spoke to clearly lacks basic people skills and should not be in a customer-facing role.

It took them over a week to respond to my complaint—only after I chased them with a phone call. Their excuse? “We would’ve noticed the damage” and “why didn’t you mention it when you got the car back?” Well, maybe because I don’t have X-ray vision and only noticed it as I was driving away!

I reported the issue the same day it happened—10th of June—and received no reply until I followed up myself 18th of June.

Disgusting company. Disgraceful customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Friend broke down on a roundabout. Car recovered within 1/2 hr of ringing. Recovery man was polite and happy. Cost was extremely reasonable.

My sons car was taken here as it had no MOT. When we collected the car the underneath was hanging off which fits in line with the car being towed. We contacted them and sent an image of the damages made on the same day as collection. This company are taking no reasonability for the damages they have made. Terrible shambles of a business so AVOID!!!!!!

A really nice and helpful guy (Sam) appeared within half an hour in Beverley on a Sunday, explained all the problem to me, diagnosed a solution, got the car up and running and gave me some follow up advice. The whole thing was prompt, pleasant and polite. Would contact again if necessary.

Amazing service. They came out to me when broke down and the wait was reasonable. The car couldn’t be fixed at the roadside so it was decided it would need recovering. Due to the car in question being quite desirable, they took it to their lock up for safe storage until the dealership opened on Monday
