BGS were recommended by our sewage collection company that had noticed breakages within our pumping chamber.
They provided an excellent clear and very detailed survey and quote supported by photographs, setting out various levels of repair and/or replacement with individual costings. A team of 3 worked over 3 days to excavate and replace the chamber and other associated repairs. They were polite, efficient, friendly and tidy , always leaving the site safe and secure each day. I was kept updated throughout with what they had done and would do next at each stage. I have been left with a clear understanding of what has been installed and future maintenance requirements.
BGS are a highly reliable, professional and experienced local independent company and have resolved many issues that had stacked up over the years.
