Order processed without issue. Items arrived as expected. One of the two comics had not been cut to size, and was still magazine-sized, with two inches of plain paper still present. Contacted customer service, and was informed that a refund had been issued, as the item was no longer available. Checked website, and I can still order item. Unsure why seller can offer to sell me another copy, but not replace the original error? Items arrived packaged well, and all aspects of the transaction have been professional and courteous. Just wish I’d been given the option of a replacement, as I have two daughters, and only one copy now.

I've only ordered one book from Better World Books. The book arrived in pristine condition (better than I expected), packaged well, and on time. I am particular about a company's products described condition and shipping time and BWB did not disappoint. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Ordered in Sept. Did not hear anything for a month. When I investigated I saw that the courier refused to deliver because of insufficient address. That's the same address we get all our post and bills without any problem. They had my email and mobile and made no attempt to contact me. Next thing they just sent the books back and full refund without any communication. I wanted the books because I needed them urgently to study for a new job. Complete waste of time. Incompetent and inefficient service. I've now ordered the same books from Amazon without any issues for a cheaper price. Do not recommend this company at all!

Ordered a book from the picture and title - a 20th anniversiary edition Extended edition - What I got was one of the earlier copies without the extended content. Not the version of the book I wanted. When I complained they said it was the same ISBN number so they had "fulfilled" the order.

Ordering and delivering in the United States is great. But trying to get books delivered to Portugal meant trying to reach someone on the telephone in order to find out why it wasn't delivered, and then giving them additional information that wasn't requested on the order form. Books that were ultimately delivered were in good shape.

I ordered three books of the same title to give as gifts to friends, and I randomly selected Better World Books based on the availability of the books being in very good condition and on the reasonable price. When I received my order, I was extremely satisfied because the three books were in like new condition! I will definitely be ordering from Better World Books again as well as referring my friends to its online store.
