I was in need of a replacement wheel cylinder as soon as possible, as my existing one had crumbled into pieces and I was due to go away in a few days. I noticed they had the brand I wanted, so I went in to enquire about the part, and even though I wasn't able to get it as an urgent order or the next day due to it being Saturday, they were able to get it sorted for Monday, to which I returned and found the part ready to collect - just in time for getting it all sorted before I went away.

I am surprised by so many good reviews, I have rarely had such a bad experience with a company! The part that was delivered was not what was stated on the website. Sent email 3 times, received no response. I called twice from Belgium, no one answered. Actually, I have never experienced such horrendously bad after-sales service. I have been cheated and this company is not an asset to the UK.
