BH salvage had my back from my first message. Assessed the damage on my Audi and promptly arranged correct parts and paint code for my car. They got me out of trouble in no time and went above and beyond on their service. Great attitude and customer service. Can’t recommend enough! 5 stars all day. Shout outs to Dug and Jafar.

Submitted an offer for a boot lid that was advertised with the inner lights, they accepted the offer. When I went to collect they brought out the part without the lights and said that I was assuming that it comes with the lights (in the advert the pics are with the lights) There is nothing on the product description to state that it comes within the lights. I have told them that i’m happy to take it with one light instead of two but the seller said that he wants an extra £50 for that light. Stay away from them

Spoke to Cameron about buying my car. He was up front throughout. And the price he offered was the price he paid. There was no haggling, which I appreciated. He also sent the money before collecting my car to reassure me. Pleasure to deal with.

Very nice people to do business with. Cameron arranged pick up and delivery of my new car and took my old car away for salvage/scrap. He helped me with all the tax/dvla paperwork involved wih both vehicles. He has been kind and helpful all the time. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I cannot praise this company highly enough. Bought a bumper from them. Second day it was not fit for my car and called for a return and even asked for part refund and they won't helpfully at all. FAST TO TAKE YOUR MONEY but 0 help and rude
