Friendly Staff, Clear Signs, Smells Fine——Unless It Rains! 😷

Been here loads of times—staff are always super friendly and helpful. Signs are clear, so even if you’re half asleep, you’ll still know where to chuck your stuff.

On sunny days, it’s actually not bad at all—no smell, easy in and out.

BUT if it’s raining… don’t do it. Trust me. The smell hits you like a wall. Learned that the hard way 😅

Other than that, great place to get rid of your junk!

The staff at Bidston are so helpful. Any time we visit the staff are always on hand to offer advice and point you in the right direction to ensure the waste is disposed of correctly. They also keep all the areas clean and tidy at all times. Well done to all

Visited the site last week during a very busy period. For how busy the site was I must say the lads on site had it immaculate considering it's purpose.

The two lads who were working (Derek & John) couldn't have done any more for me. They went above and beyond to help dispose of my waste. All done with a smile and a joke, keep up the great work.

Terrible and dangerous approach to the skips. Over 30 minutes wait. If a car or van was to have issues ie fire or breakdown there is no escape. Not efficient place.

Just been waiting 1hr45mins zero movement zero communication on why no cars could go through so just stuck sat there like lemmings unable to leave just ridiculously run like go down tell drivers why your not letting through ive just had get out car and call taxi as no1 explains nothing never again I'll just launch it outside tip absolute idiots

Due to my work I have inspected many recycling facilities &I have to say this is one of the best I've been to, the guys on site here are incredibly professional polite and ready to help if needed. The online booking system to book in a van is incredibly simple as well A+++ Guys

Extremely busy, obviously due to recent events, went at about 3pm on a weekday and was just over 2 hours in the queue. When actually entering the tip it was well organised, staff helpful, painless other than the never ending wait, make sure you take snacks 😉
